Iced Earl Grey tea with lemon verbena

Ingredients :

- 2 bags of organic black teaEarl Grey Flower
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 8 verbena leaves
- 1.5 L of boiling water

Preparation :

1. Boil the water.
2. Pour into a pitcher and add the tea, verbena and lemon juice.
3. Let it steep for 10 minutes.
4. Remove the bags and leaves, let cool.
5. Refrigerate then add ice cubes.
6. Serve chilled.

Iced Earl Grey Peach Tea

Ingredients :

- 3 bags of organic black teaEarl Grey Flower
- 1 L of water at room temperature
- 1 peach cut into quarters
- Some raspberries
- Optional sweetener (agave syrup, sugar, etc.)

Preparation :

1. Infuse for 3 hours at room temperature with the peach.
2. Add ice cubes and raspberries.
3. Serve chilled.

Earl Grey Tea Granita with Melon and Raspberry

Ingredients :

- 1 melon
- Some raspberries
- 1 bag of organic black teaEarl Grey Flower
- 150 g of water
- 15 g of sugar (e.g. coconut sugar)
- 1 dash of lemon juice
- A few mint leaves

Preparation :

1. Heat water, sugar and lemon juice for 10 minutes.
2. Add the tea and infuse for 15 minutes, covered.
3. Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 4 hours.
4. Form melon balls and arrange with raspberries and mint.
5. Blend the ice cubes to obtain a granita.
6. Pour over the fruit and enjoy.

Ingredients :

- 1 L of water at room temperature
- 2 bags of organic green teaFreshness of Japan
- 1 lime, quartered
- Squeezed lime juice
- A few basil leaves
- Optional sweetener

Preparation :

1. Infuse the green tea for 3 hours with the lime, lime juice and basil.
2. Add the ice cubes.
3. Serve chilled.

Ingredients :

- 1 L of water at room temperature
- 2 bags of organic black teaNepal Gourmet
- 1 orange cut into quarters

1. Infuse the tea cold in mineral or filtered water for 3 hours with the orange.
