Raspberry and banana nice cream

Ingredients :

- 5cl of organic infusionBeautiful Plantfresh
- 1 frozen banana
- 100g of frozen raspberries
- 100g of frozen cooked zucchini
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla vegan protein

Preparation :

1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
2. Mix until you get a creamy and smooth texture.
3. Serve immediately.

Raspberry and rose ice cream

Ingredients :

- 320g of raspberries
- 200g of caster sugar
- 350ml of 30% fat liquid cream
- 1 to 2 organic infusion bagsBeautiful Plant
- 30g of raspberries for decoration

Preparation :

1. Heat the cream for 5 minutes over low heat.
2. Add the organic infusion bagsBeautiful Plant, cover and let infuse for 1 hour.
3. Mix the defrosted raspberries with the infused cream and sugar.
4. Filter, pour into a jar and freeze for 2 hours.
5. Scrape with a fork, refreeze for 30 minutes, repeat 3 times.
6. Add the decorative raspberries and leave in the freezer overnight.
7. Remove 15-20 minutes before serving.

Apple and rose compote

Ingredients :

- 4 apples (or pears or other summer fruits)
- 1 organic infusion bagBeautiful Plant
- 1 tablespoon of raisins
- 1 tablespoon of almonds
- 1 tablespoon of unsalted cashew nuts
- 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon of flax seeds

Preparation :

1. Peel, cut and core the apples.
2. Cook over very low heat with a little water and the organic infusion bagBeautiful Plant15 min.
3. Remove the bag and mix.
4. Divide into two bowls and add the dried fruits and seeds.
5. Serve warm or cold.

Raspberry and honey ice cream

Ingredients :

- 1 organic infusion bagFantasma
- 90g of small raspberries
- 5 tablespoons of honey
- 250ml of water

Preparation :

1. Boil the water and brew the organic infusionFantasma8 min.
2. Divide the honey into 3 molds, add raspberries and sticks.
3. Pour the infusion.
4. Freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight.

Rose cream

Ingredients :

- 2 organic infusion bagsBeautiful Plant
- 100g unsalted cashew nuts
- 320ml of rice milk (or other vegetable milk)
- 4 teaspoons of chia seeds
- 2 organic Medjool dates

Preparation :

1. Soak the cashews for 4 hours.
2. Infuse the organic infusion bagsBeautiful Plantin cold vegetable milk for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
3. Remove the infusion, add the chia seeds and let it swell for 20 minutes.
4. Drain and rinse the cashews.
5. Blend cashews, infused milk, chia seeds, and chopped dates until smooth.
6. Serve chilled.
