Soft cocoa and orange cake

Ingredients :

- 1 organic Christmas infusion bagSanta Chic
- 130 g of sugar
- 180 g of butter
- 180 g of flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 sachet of baking powder

For the syrup:
- 300 ml of water
- 1 organic Christmas cocoa orange cinnamon infusion bagSanta Chic
- 100 g of sugar

Preparation :

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Open the infusion bag and mix its contents with the sugar.
3. Separate the whites from the yolks; beat the yolks with the sugar until pale.
4. Add the softened butter, then the sifted flour and yeast.
5. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them in gently.
6. Pour into a lined mold and bake for 40 minutes.
7. For the syrup: boil the water, infuse for 6 minutes, remove the sachet, add the sugar, let it boil for 5 minutes.
8. Once out of the oven, pierce the cake and pour half of the syrup over it. Let it rest for 30 minutes before removing from the mold.

Spicy Fruit Porridge

Ingredients :

- 20 cl of almond milk
- 1 organic Christmas infusion bagSanta Chic
- 40 g of oat flakes
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 pear
- 2 tbsp. of whole sugar
- Crushed hazelnuts
- 1 clementine

Preparation :

1. Heat the milk with the infusion over low heat.
2. After 3-4 min, add the oat flakes and bring to a boil.
3. Remove the bag, reduce the heat, cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring.
4. In a pan, brown the pear in coconut oil, add the sugar and let it caramelize.
5. Place the porridge in a bowl, add caramelized pears, clementine segments and hazelnuts.

Christmas Spice Pancakes

Ingredients :

- 60 g of almond powder
- 60 g of spelt flour
- 1 organic Christmas infusion bagSanta Chic
- 150 ml of almond milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp applesauce

Preparation :

1. Heat the almond milk and infuse the sachet for 6 minutes.
2. Mix the dry ingredients in a salad bowl.
3. Add the filtered infusion and the compote. Mix to obtain a smooth paste.
4. Cook the pancakes in a hot skillet. Serve with caramelized apples or other toppings.

Pecan Pie with Infused Whipped Cream

Ingredients :

For the base:
- 125 g melted butter
- 400 g of shortbread biscuits

For the filling:
- 150 g of white sugar
- 400 g of liquid cream
- 4 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 4 egg yolks
- 400 g of roasted pecans

For the whipped cream:
- 500 g of mascarpone
- 350 g of whole liquid cream
- 60 g of sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 organic Christmas infusion bagSanta Chic

Preparation :

1. The day before, heat the cream with the infusion, leave to infuse overnight in a cool place.
2. Mix the biscuits with the melted butter, press into a mold and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
3. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
4. Prepare a dry caramel, add the hot cream.
5. Mix in sugar, honey, egg yolks and ground pecans. Pour into the cold base.
6. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
7. Whip the whipped cream infused with mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla. Cover the tart and decorate with pecans.
