FAQ

All our products are manufactured in France, by our various Ecocert certified partners.

Organic plants come from producers in France, Europe and elsewhere.

Our organic teas are sourced directly from producers in Japan, India and Nepal by our Tea Master, in an ethical manner to guarantee traceability, high quality and respect for local know-how.

Our recipes are made only from whole plants, flowers, seeds, roots, spices and barks.

No flavoring - even so-called “natural” - is added.

The taste comes exclusively from the plant, in all its richness.

Our infusions, teas and broths contain no added sugar or salt, let alone chemical sweeteners.

Only certain fruit-based recipes can naturally release a very slight sweet touch, coming only from the plants themselves.

Yes, 100% of our plants are organically grown, certified by Ecocert.

All our products carry the AB (Organic Agriculture) label.

Our packaging is plastic-free, recyclable and some are compostable:

- The infuser or sachet containing the plants is made of plant-based material (sugar cane) and is biodegradable. It is neither paper nor nylon and does not release any plastic particles when in contact with boiling water. No metal staples or glue are used.

- The transparent overwrap of the infuser or sachet (without plastic) is made of wood pulp, 100% compostable at home (Home Compost certification).

Being certified as a B Corp™ means committing to a responsible business model that combines progress and respect.

This demanding certification, obtained in 2022 with 93 points (and re-obtained in 2025 with 100 points), assesses the overall impact of our brand on the environment, society, employees and our customers - and pushes us to improve every day.

The brewing time depends on the recipe of the mixture and whether it is a tea, an infusion or a broth.

Generally, the infusion time for infusions and broths is 5 to 7 minutes.

For teas, it is between 2 minutes 30 and 4 minutes depending on the variety.

The infusion time is specified for each recipe.

Ideally, use simmering water, not boiling, to avoid damaging the plants.

And always as part of a balanced diet.
