White chocolate ginger cookies

Ingredients :

- 110g of butter
- 60g of whole sugar
- 40g of brown sugar
- 2 organic infusion bagsThe Elixir
- 1 egg
- 4g of yeast
- 250g of flour
- 150g of white chocolate chips

Preparation :

1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
2. In the bowl of a mixer, mix the butter, sugars and organic infusionThe Elixir.
3. Add the egg, then the yeast and flour.
4. Stir in the chocolate chips by hand.
5. Form into balls, flatten and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Tarte Tatin with poached apples in chai

Ingredients :

- 8 golden apples
- 1 puff pastry
- 100g of butter
- 100g of unrefined sugar
- 100g of water
- 3 organic infusion bagsChic Chai
- 150g of sugar (for the caramel)
- 2-3 tbsp. poaching syrup

Preparation :

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Peel the apples and cut them into 4 or 8.
3. Bring the poaching mixture to a boil with the organic infusionChic Chaiand dip the apples in it (twice).
4. Drain the apples on paper towels.
5. Prepare a caramel with the sugar alone, then add 2-3 tbsp of hot syrup.
6. Pour the caramel into a pie dish.
7. Arrange the apples, cover with puff pastry and bake for 30-40 minutes.

Poached pears with chamomile and ginger

Ingredients :

- 2 pears
- 2 organic infusion bagsThe Slender One
- 200ml of water
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup

Preparation :

1. Boil 200ml of water, add the infusion bagsThe Slender Oneand maple syrup.
2. Peel and cut the pears, immerse them in the hot infusion.
3. Poach for 30 minutes over low heat.
4. Let cool to room temperature.
5. Enjoy with plant-based yogurt and muesli.

Ginger and acai chia pudding

Ingredients :

- 4 tbsp. chia seeds
- 100g of acai pulp
- 2 tbsp. of agave syrup
- 2 bananas
- 1 handful of frozen red fruits
- 1 organic infusion bagFantasma(440ml)
- 4 tbsp. of puffed spelt

Preparation :

1. Mix the acai with 220ml of the infusionFantasma.
2. Add the chia seeds and agave syrup, leave to swell overnight in a cool place.
3. The next day, blend the bananas, red fruits and the remaining 220ml of infusion.
4. In a jar, place 2 tbsp of spelt, ¾ of the pudding, then the smoothie.

Lemon Ginger Granola

Ingredients :

- 200g of gluten-free oat flakes or tigernut flakes, buckwheat, quinoa (for a paleo version)
- Approximately 170g of whole and crushed dried fruit: almonds, hazelnuts, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, cashew nuts
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- Maple syrup or honey
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 bags of organic infusionThe Elixirinfused for 10 minutes in 10 cl of boiling water
- Crushed dark chocolate, fresh ginger and optional lemon zest for even more intensity.

Preparation :

1. InfuseThe Elixirin 10cl of water for 10 minutes.
2. Take 2 good tablespoons and mix them with the other ingredients.
3. Mix all the ingredients (except the chocolate) and spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Flatten well as for a pie crust to have large nuggets.
5. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes, making sure it doesn't burn, otherwise reduce the temperature to 150°.
6. Let it cool completely.
7. Add the chocolate and enjoy with milk or plant-based yogurt.
