Indian organic vegetable ramen broth

Ingredients :

- 2 sachets of organic brothIndian
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 egg
- Some mushrooms
- Chinese noodles
- Sweet soy sauce
- Fried onions
- Olive oil

Preparation :

1. Sauté the onion, red pepper and sliced ​​mushrooms in a little olive oil over medium heat.
2. Prepare 500 ml of brothIndianinfused and cook the Chinese noodles in it.
3. Add the sautéed vegetables to the broth, finish with a drizzle of sweet soy sauce.
4. Serve with a halved soft-boiled egg and some fried onions.

Spaghetti squash ramen with organic broth Le Robuste

Ingredients :

- 1 spaghetti squash
- Seasonal vegetables: sweet potato, broccoli, mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp ghee, coconut oil or olive oil
- 1 can of coconut milk with lemongrass (or plain + lemongrass)
- 2 tbsp. of tamari
- 1 tbsp. miso (white or brown)
- 2 cl of peanut or almond butter
- 1 lime
- 3 very tender dates
- 1 sachet of organic brothThe Robust
- Fresh coriander

Preparation :

1. Bake or steam the squash. Remove the strands.
2. Steam the diced vegetables (6 min).
3. Brown the garlic and onion in the fat.
4. Mix all the sauce ingredients.
5. In a soup tureen, add the squash, vegetables, pour in the sauce and the sachet of organic broth.The Robust.
6. Simmer for 10 minutes, serve with fresh coriander and pumpkin seeds.

Vegetable and miso soba ramen in organic Indian broth

Ingredients :

- 6 dl of organic brothIndian
- 100 g of button mushrooms
- 2-3 carrots
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 1 pressed garlic clove
- 1 onion
- 1 spring onion
- Sesame seeds
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 100 g of soba noodles
- Sriracha sauce (optional)

Preparation :

1. Infuse the organic brothIndianand cook the chopped carrots for 10-12 minutes.
2. Sauté the mushrooms, onion, garlic and ginger for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add all ingredients to the broth except the miso, eggs and noodles.
4. Cook the eggs for 6 minutes for soft-boiled eggs.
5. Cook the soba noodles according to the package directions.
6. Serve with diluted miso, noodles, chopped egg, sesame seeds, spring onion, sriracha.

Seafood udon soup with organic Indian broth

Ingredients :

- 30 cl of water
- 1 sachet of brothIndian
- 1 bay leaf (optional)
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 60-80 g of udon noodles
- 5-6 asparagus spears
- 2 tbsp. drained sweetcorn
- 1 green onion
- 2 frozen scallops
- 4 frozen prawns
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- Salt, pepper

Preparation :

1. Heat the water with the broth sachetIndian, bay leaf and soy sauce.
2. Cook the noodles and asparagus for 4 minutes, rinse under cold water.
3. Sauté the prawns and scallops in oil with garlic, salt and pepper.
4. Arrange in a bowl: noodles, asparagus, corn, seafood.
5. Pour in the hot broth, sprinkle with green onion.
