Peasant tomato soup with Super Green organic broth

Ingredients :

- 1 sachet of organic brothSuper Green
- 1 sweet potato
- 6 green cabbage leaves
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 60g of quinoa
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp. tomato sauce or 2 blended tomatoes
- Parmesan
- Pine nuts
- Coriander and parsley
- Salt, pepper

Preparation :

1. Blanch the cabbage leaves for 4 min.
2. Cook carrots & sweet potato for 4 min.
3. Fry the garlic and onion for 5 minutes in the oil.
4. Add the vegetables and organic brothSuper Green, tomato sauce and water.
5. Cook for 15 min.
6. Cook the quinoa separately for 10 minutes.
7. Serve with herbs, pine nuts and parmesan.

Tomato risotto with organic broth from Le Sud

Ingredients :

- 2 sachets of organic brothThe South
- 350g of risotto rice
- 200ml of dry white wine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 8 candied tomatoes
- 200g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 40g grated parmesan

Preparation :

1. Infuse the 2 bags in 1L of boiling water.
2. Roast the cherry tomatoes in the oven with oil, thyme and salt (20 min at 180°C).
3. Brown the onion in the oil.
4. Add the rice, mix until transparent.
5. Deglaze with white wine, let it evaporate.
6. Add the organic brothThe Southladle by ladle.
7. Add candied tomatoes during cooking.
8. Off heat, add the Parmesan and serve with roasted tomatoes.

Cherry tomato and cod broth in organic broth from Le Sud

Ingredients :

- 2 sachets of organic brothThe South
- Basil leaves
- 1 handful of alphabet pasta
- 1 cod fillet
- Cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. pine nuts
- Organic olive oil
- Salt, pepper

Preparation :

1. Heat 500 ml of water with the 2 sachets of organic brothThe South(6 min).
2. Toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan.
3. Remove the bags, add the pasta and cook for the indicated time.
4. Add the diced cod 2 minutes before the end.
5. Serve in bowls, add diced tomatoes, pine nuts, basil and a drizzle of oil.

Tomato gazpacho with organic broth from Le Sud

Ingredients :

- 2 sachets of organic brothThe South
- 1kg tomatoes
- 1 pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- Thyme, basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

Preparation :

1. Mix all the vegetables with the garlic, onion, oil and vinegar.
2. Add the brothThe Southcooled and aromatic herbs.
3. Serve very cold.
