The attack is rounded, carried by powerful meaty notes, pan-fried in autumn. Shiitake, black radish, and onion structure the blend, enhancing its umami flavor. Mace stands out with its fruity and spicy accents, intensifying the earthy notes. Fresh and spicy, pepper and bay leaf make the broth rich and lively. On the palate, a full texture and an eruption of aromas around a solidly perfumed base.

On the nose, a candied and fruity red pepper, powerfully tempting. Lying in wait are some floral, fresh and aromatic scents. On the palate, a very beautiful balance between tomato and red pepper, awakened by thyme and rosemary, followed by a delicate and floral head of coriander seed. La saveur reste stable à chaque infusion, surtout si vous utilisez une eau de qualité (eau filtrée ou eau minérale faiblement minéralisée) et respectez le temps d’infusion recommandé.

Tout à fait. Nos infusions, bouillons et thés bio se prêtent très bien à une infusion à froid. Il suffit de laisser infuser un sachet dans un litre d’eau fraîche pendant 1 à 2 heures (ou toute une nuit au réfrigérateur) pour une boisson désaltérante et naturelle.

Le temps d’infusion dépend de la recette du mélange et si c'est un thé, une infusion ou un bouillon.

En général, le temps d'infusion des infusions et bouillons est de 5 à 7 minutes.

Pour les thés, c'est entre 2 min 30 et 4 minutes selon la variété.

Le temps d'infusion est précisé pour chaque recette.

Utilisez idéalement une eau frémissante, pas bouillante, pour ne pas altérer les plantes.

Pour ressentir pleinement les bienfaits d’une infusion (détox, détente, digestion…), nous recommandons de boire 2 à 5 tasses par jour, selon les besoins.
